I was recently at a meeting of business owners from around the country, amazingly each business was down about the same percentage last year. While it didn’t make any of us feel good, it at least reassured us that we weren’t alone in the challenge of the recession.
The key to growing in a flat economic environment like this, is to be better, faster, and easier to do business with than the next guy. Pricing has to be in line, but service and performance are the key factors. We hope you feel the result of our focus in these areas in all your interactions with us.

So what’s a blog, have any of you ever asked that question…maybe I’m the only one. It seems to there are a number of different types. What you’ll find here is a collection of thoughts from our whole team, these will cover a variety of topics, though most will revolve around the office work environment.
I hope its a spot you’ll periodically check out for helpful information, and maybe a chuckle or two.
This will likely be the first and last post in 2009, I hope you’re as excited as we are for 2010.
